UPDATE 2: FarmVille has enhanced again allowing farmers to purchase the Tuscan Cow. However, some farmers are reporting that they need to add additional neighbors to be granted the rights to purchase the Tuscan Cow. The amount of neighbors required is varying per person.
UPDATE: In another enhancement this evening the Tuscan Cow was removed from the FarmVille Market. Those who had already purchased a Tuscan Cow still have theirs on farm or in their Dairy Barn. But, currently they are no longer available in the market. It seems inevitable that they will return for purchase soon.
In what seems to be a more common weekend update, the Tuscan Cow was just added to the FarmVille Market. You can purchase the Tuscan Cow for 10,000 coins OR 16$FV. The option of using coins or FV$ has been rare, I am sure that a lot of farmers will appreciate the option! Although, you can only purchase one cow for coins
