Howdy, readers! Now I'd like to talk about Mafia Wars Shortened Links Changes. Enjoy your self! ;)

For some reasons, Zynga have been making changes to their shortened links recently. The shortened links went from; Zyn.ga --> Fun.Zynga.com --> Zynga.tm. I thought the first version of the shortened links, Zyn.ga, was great and short enough, but for some reasons, many users could not access links that are from zyn.ga.

Below is the copy and pasted text from the Official Mafia Wars Blog:

Mobsters,
Because we know that the validity of shortened game links is important to you, we wanted to give you a heads-up that, starting at 12:01am (Pacific Time) on Saturday, February 4th, the links we post to our Facebook fan pages will begin with "http://zynga.tm". These links come directly from us, so you can trust them as legitimate. We realize that we recently changed our shortned links once already. Switching to "http://zynga.tm" should be the last change we make to them for a while.

Money Disappearing From Bank Or Vault
Issue: Some players reported that city money had disappeared from their banks/vault.
Status: Resolved around 6:30am (Pacific Time) on 2/2/2012. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reply to this forum thread with your answers to the questions found there.

Requesting Job Help Prevents Level Mastery In Brazil & Chicago
Issue: Some players reported that, if a friend helped them master a job in Brazil or Chicago and that results in them fully mastering the district, they didn’t receive a mastery popup or reward and they couldn’t proceed to complete jobs toward the next mastery level in the district.
